WATCHING TELEVISION IS INTERESTING THAN READING BOOKS

Ever since the invention of books, reading has been a popular past time with those able to read. The more people read books, the better they could read, and the better educated they became. But more recently, technology means that less and less people are choosing to read to fill their time. One of the main things that people now do in their free time when they ordinarily would have been reading is to watch television, and there are several reasons watching TV is interesting than reading a books.

The first, watching television is easier than reading. It does not require us to use our brains as much or concentrating very hard so that watching TV could become more attractive after a long day of work. Besides that, watching TV is more interesting than reading a book, get more practical information without trying to understand it.

The second, watching television is more interesting than reading a book. Watching TV has a lot of interesting programs in every event. In addition, watching TV is also more colorful with advanced visual than reading the book. Moreover, the increasing dependence watches TV because they are more relax watching TV broadcasts of interest without having to buy a lot of books, to find an interest and to get information. Broadcast TV is very diverse and exciting to make people wait to watch the event.

The third, watching TV get update information than reading a book. A broadcast is better with the updated information into the cause of the switch to watch TV spend free time. Watching TV is obtain diverse information rather than reading books that only focus on one topic only. Besides that, reading the book more tedious to continue to focus on a single topic. Watch TV is more quickly get information just by sitting relaxing than reading books that require a quiet and comfortable place.

The cost of books is also having an impact, because with television you do not have to pay for as much as you want. There are subscription costs and license fees, but once you have paid those, you can watch as little or as much TV as you want, with the only additional cost being electricity. With books, however, the more you read, the more you have to spend. And while it is true that you can pick them up second hand, sometimes it is hard to find what you want, and some people do not like to buy things second hand, so the price of books compared to television could certainly be a factor.

In Conclusion, there can be no doubt that the availability; choice and price of television are meaning that fewer people are choosing to read books. Plus, because reading improves with practice and technology is moving forward all the time, it is a situation that is only going to get worse. We feel watching TV can get the information with many topics from the channels television; therefore watching television is good for other people to spend their time but leave a spare time to read a book.
